Happy Tuesday, people! You know what’s interesting about blogging? If you aren’t feeling it, it doesn’t happen. I tried to write yesterday and it was BORRRR-ING. My content, not writing. The juices weren’t flowing, so I stopped, and never returned. I did however, make some tasty Brussels Sprouts last night and have a recipe to share. They were so bomb! I think one of the best things about the internet is you can seriously Google anything and chances are someone has already done it.
Last night I was deciding what to cook, and I had some Brussels Sprouts I didn’t want to go bad, so I looked up a recipe using Tahini (because I’m currently obsessed with Tahini) and found this tasty one from Heartbeet Kitchen. Isn’t that such a cute name for a blog?? Looking forward to checking out more of her recipes!
This recipe was so easy!
- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive oil
- Hot Water
I had everything it called for, except parsley, but to be honest I didn’t miss it. And I’m going to eat the leftovers for lunch and toss in some cilantro, which I think will be bomb. If you aren’t a tahini connoisseur, I recommend buying it at Trader Joe’s. It’s less expensive and a smaller jar than most grocery stores.
I didn’t take a pic of the sauce, but I was starving and threw it on quick. It is sooo bomb! I also pan fried some chicken in coconut oil and salt and ate that with these. Quick, easy, healthy dinner! Let me know what you think about Brussels!
Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start!
